If you have been referred to our care, our staff will contact you soon to schedule an appointment. We will ask you to complete a medical history questionnaire during your first visit. It is essential to communicate all medical information, including prescription medications you are taking, as these details can significantly impact your treatment.
Payment for your appointment is due the same day and can be made in cash, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or by debit card, regardless of any insurance coverage you may have.
We will give you a standard form to submit to your insurance provider if you have insurance coverage.
If your dentist suspects a periodontal issue, they will likely refer you to a periodontist for further investigation.
